Accomplished commercial real estate professional Zi Qian Zhang has served as the owner and leader of JZ Real Estate in Fall River, Massachusetts, since 2005. He has spent three decades in America’s real estate industry, consistently adding to a portfolio that now comprises two million square feet of leasable area. Zi Qian Zhang possesses extensive experience in running commercial shopping centers and continues to operate several throughout New England. He has shifted his focus to the development and operation of nearly 20 trampoline parks along America’s East Coast. He plans on adding 10 additional parks in the future.
Away from work activities, Mr. Zhang is a proud parent who enjoys spending time with his wife and children. His children have started a number of successful business ventures, from multiple restaurant openings to a small business social media management services. Several of his children provide business support at his trampoline parks.
